So overall that is a great deal of information and potential monetary worth. These are in the main very (our) company specific and reference many forms (have circa 100) which would make them somewhat meaningless without them also. There are enough examples of manuals and procedures out there, and because our company is involved in both service and manufacture I have 33 SOPs. What you are asking for is a large part of my QMS and there is therefore an issue of confidentiality. The reference to an SOP and form for complaints is what I would expect any supplier to have in place. In a word – No! The example SOP I supplied to help PPcricket out is essentially generic, basically wrote itself from the guidelines, including two of the forms referenced.
